Sterify was born with the intention to counter the phenomenon of antibiotic resistance by focusing technology on a biocidal binary device.
We use two different types of molecules, one of which is produced by the bacteria themselves, able to act on a broad spectrum, but avoiding the possibility for microorganisms to create defensive biochemical strategies.
Active components release is modulated by a polyvinyl hydrogel.

Reaching Patients Through
The excessive use of antibiotics in operating practice has created multi-resistant bacteria that are expected to kill 10 million people by 2050. For decades, the World Health Organization (WHO) has been asking public bodies and companies to invest in research for new products for the treatment and prevention of bacterial infections.
Our symbol is a protective shield, in the center of which, four stylized leaves symbolize the natural origins of the active ingredients, derived from lactic acid bacteria and olive leaves.
What happens to microorganisms when they come into contact with a surface treated with Sterify? We will show you!
A simple experiment; we flushed 1000 liters of air on an untreated bacterial culture plate. Then we repeated the experiment on a culture plate whose surface was treated with Sterify.
The result is awesome!
